Pulsatile dosing is critical — continuous gonadorelin causes GnRH receptor desensitization and paradoxical HPG axis suppression.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute lyophilized gonadorelin with bacteriostatic water. Use the peptide calculator for volumes. Standard peptide reconstitution technique applies.
Timing
For HPG axis maintenance during TRT: inject subcutaneously twice daily (morning and evening), mimicking the natural ~90-minute GnRH pulsatility as closely as practically possible. Used continuously alongside TRT — no cycling.
