Preclinical Dosing
SLU-PP-332 has only been studied in animal models. Published mouse studies used 10–50 mg/kg via intraperitoneal injection. No human dosing guidelines exist, and no clinical formulation has been developed.
As a small molecule (not a peptide), SLU-PP-332 could potentially be developed as an oral medication, but human pharmacokinetics have not been published.
Preparation
Research-grade SLU-PP-332 is dissolved in appropriate vehicle solvents for animal studies. No human-grade formulation or reconstitution protocol exists. Standard laboratory preparation methods apply for in vitro and animal research.
Study Duration
Animal studies have administered SLU-PP-332 daily for periods of 4–8 weeks. The endurance and metabolic benefits were observed within the first few weeks of administration in mouse models.
