TB-500 Cost: Research Vendor Price Comparison

TB-500 is a research peptide (a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4). It is not FDA-approved and carries no manufacturer list price, no pharmacy price, and no insurance coverage — so the only real-world pricing comes from research-chemical suppliers, quoted per milligram of raw peptide rather than as a course of treatment.

The table below compares live per-mg pricing across the COA-verified vendors we track, sorted by the cheapest effective cost per mg. Larger multi-vial kits consistently bring the per-mg price down, which is why the same peptide can range from about $4.40/mg to $14/mg depending on where and how much you order. TB-500 is often paired with BPC-157 — the so-called "Wolverine" combo — but those BPC-157 + TB-500 bundles are priced separately; the figures here are for TB-500 on its own.

The biggest swing is vial size. The cheapest effective pricing — around $4.40/mg — comes from larger multi-vial kits, while single small vials typically land near $5.50–$7.40/mg.
