This page compares the per-milligram cost of research-grade semaglutide — material sold by research-chemical suppliers for laboratory use only and quoted per mg of peptide. It is a distinct product from the medications people fill at a pharmacy, and the prices here are not treatment costs, not dosing guidance, and not interchangeable with a prescribed medication.

It helps to keep three separate tiers in mind. (1) Research vials, priced per mg, are what this page covers. (2) Compounded semaglutide dispensed through a telehealth provider is a different, prescription product and typically costs far more on a monthly basis.
